Many stains can be treated, but complete removal depends on the stain, fabric and any previous treatment. We identify the stain and choose the treatment before cleaning rather than promising a result that may damage the garment.
We check the fabric, colour, trims, care instructions and stains first. The cleaning method is then chosen around what that particular garment needs.
Tell us when you need it when requesting pickup. We'll check the garment and confirm whether an earlier return is possible before committing to a time.
Every fabric responds differently, especially older, delicate or previously treated garments. We assess the item first and select the cleaning process to reduce unnecessary risk to its colour, texture and shape.
Yes. If inspection shows that an item needs additional treatment, special handling or extra time, we'll let you know before proceeding where required.
